• The ITU is one of the UN agencies organizing the regional workshop on disaster relief and management; the ITU conference explored the role
  of the ICT with the aim of providing guidance on technical policy and institutional issues in the development of networks, systems.

• The ITU also explored the issue of possible regional cooperation mechanisms in disaster communications with emphasis on emergency situations
  in the Arab countries.

Systel and Merc participates in the ICT from 4/2 to 7/2/2007 in the CIC

• Cairo ICT 2007 official forum was the first conference in the MENA region to tackle the controversies in the future of Arab Communications
  in Egypt and the region , with an opening session attended by over 600 VIPS and government officials from the region , keynote speaker was
  Dr.Tarek Kamel CIT minister.

• Systel and Merc participated in the ICT to point out new segments of the market in the communication field and introduce MERC as an operator
  for Tetra networking in Egypt.

• Merc and Systel booth was mainly dedicated to the Tetra network, the demonstration suite showed how Motorola's Tetra network and applications
  can carry both voice and data over secure networks.

Systel participates in the Arab women investment union in the Arab league from 3/12 to 5/12/2006

• The Arab women investment union gave the participants the opportunity to find importers to market their products
  and to be presented in the Arab international market, also it allowed them to exchange experience and knowledge within Arab businessmen and businesswomen and expanding the relation between them.
